Shipping - Delivery - Exchange - Return Policy
We use the services of Canada Post to ship orders and delivery is sent by expedited parcel for all orders in Canada.
Delivery charges are fixed at $18.00 CAD + taxes for all orders in Quebec. Delivery prices are subject to change without notice. Rates are automatically adjusted for other regions or outside of Canada.
The Canada Post delivery time is approximately 3 to 8 days for a package delivered in Canada, depending on the distance. This delay is variable for orders delivered outside of Canada.
We are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages during shipment by CANADA POST.
Be sure to enter the correct delivery address, as we are not responsible for orders sent to the wrong address during shipping.
Your order will be prepared within 24 hours.
If an exceptional situation were to arise, obliging us to extend this deadline, we will communicate with you by email or by telephone.
DELIVERY IN EUROPE:
It is possible to have your package delivered to Europe, but we have to charge fairly high shipping costs for air transport.
However, we assume no responsibility if the package is lost once returned to the other continent.
Depending on the volume of the order, we may have to adjust this price by communicating with you. In this case it will be possible to cancel your order if it does not suit you, then a refund will be made.

If we've made a mistake, we'll pay for the return shipping.
We do not make refunds, we offer you an exchange or a credit note. The only exception accepted is if a product goes out of stock during order processing.
Regarding returns in this case, an exchange will be granted within 5 days of receipt of your purchase to inform us of the reason for your exchange in order to obtain confirmation from us. You will then have to contact us beforehand by email to obtain an authorization from us or a return number. Following this, you have 5 days to return your package.
We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our return policies upon receipt of the merchandise.
For merchandise returns, the item must be returned in its original condition of purchase, new, never having been worn or washed and must still bear its label or packaging if applicable. The item(s) must be returned to us in secure packaging. These return conditions must be respected.
All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
The return costs for the return of goods due to an exchange will be at our expense.
RETURN BY MAIL:
An exchange will be granted only within 5 days of receipt of your purchase (after verification of the tracking number of the package). to inform us of the reason for your exchange in order to obtain confirmation from us. HOME DELIVERY OFFER in MONTREAL (and metropolitan area according to our discretion)
We can deliver directly to your door between 2 to 4 days, depending on our availability and the sector.

Once your order is processed, we will reach out to you to arrange in-store pickup. An exchange/return will only be granted within 15 days from the time we contact you.
